Joe died December 17, 1982. He was born August 5, 1926, in Eugene, Oregon. He served in the Navy during WWII 1944-46. His occupation in 1963 was listed as Cabinet maker.
He jumped at Cave Junction during the 1948 season. He is pictured in the Oregon State yearbook in 1947.
