Vincent jumped at NCSB during the 1945 and 1947 seasons. He was born February 19, 1926, and lived in Santa Rosa, California. He died February 19, 2016.

Vincent was a member of the CPS-103 smokejumpers during the 1945 season and came back to jump the 1947 season after his discharge from the conscientious objector program.
He was a member of the Mennonite Church.
