Doug died February 10, 2001, from cancer. He was born November 23, 1932 and jumped at Missoula in 1952 and Grangeville in 1953. Doug graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Agronomy in 1954 and was commissioned in the USAF where he served 21 years. He was a navigator/bombardier on B-52s and retired in 1975 as a Lt. Colonel. Doug then went to work for the Defense Dept. retiring again in 1997.
