Arnold died October 19, 2020, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born June 28, 1928, in Cincinnati. Arnold jumped at NSCB during the 1949 season. He was a graduate of the Univ. of Cincinnati in 1950 and the Harvard Law School in 1955. In 1964 he was named first assistant U.S. attorney for the Southern District of Ohio.
