The fire is at 95% containment and should be fully contained Tuesday evening. It has burned 84,750 acres to date.
In other news, the Encebado blaze is marked at 70% containment and is expected to come under full containment by Wednesday.
Rain soaked parts of a mountain wildfire for the first time since the blaze broke out nearly a month ago and destroyed more than 300 homes and cabins, helping firefighters who are trying to keep it from growing.
